Yesterday, Police officer Kent came

to our school to talk to our class

about road crossings.

First of all, Officer Kent took us

out to the road crossing

in front of the school.

We look at the traffic going past.

Then, officer Kent told us how to cross the road safely.

We waited on the footpath

Behind the white line

Next, Jamie pressed the button

on the pole to stop the traffic.

We walked across the road

when the traffic had stopped

and the ‘Walk’ sign was flashing.

We did not run.

After that, we went back

To our classroom.

We were glad Officer Kent told us

yesterday/On Thursday, the 3rd of August  2017, Glenbrae School had their first Club lesson for term 3 week 2. My club was drumming. My teacher was Mr Nath and I was in drumming with Two of my mates. Their names were richie and Saia. We were learning and counting the beats. I felt tired and my hands were sore because i was Playing the drum too hard.

One day there was a man called Po Munu he was a shoe salesman who sold special shoes so he gave the special shoes to Kestrel

Simpson. Then Kestrel Simpson put on the special shoes he felt like dunking in the hoop.

Were PTES and GBS. Then the coach put on 10 players.   

PETS lost GBS win because Kestrel Simpson join in the game.The time was 1 minute to shooter.then time was

20 second Kestrel Simpson got the ball and he shooted

Into the hoop. And he win  by  shooting into the hoop.

Then Kestrel Simpson got the golden cup.
