fitness
Never,Eat,Soggy,Weetbix and star jumps.
This might sound strange but this is what we learnt
during fitness today. Mrs Raj taught us how to remember
the points of a compass by using a funny sentence
with the letters and playing a game. After that
we did 5 star jumps and 5 hops.We enjoyed today’s
fitness lesson. It was a lot of fun.

Fitness
Fitness
Today Mrs Raj and Mrs Card took room 10 to the netball court. First we had to make shapes with our bodies. Next we split into two teams then Mrs Raj said go into a square shape and we did.
After that we made an oval shape with group 1 and group 2 together. Then we did 10 star jumps, 10 push up, 10 step ups after we had ran around the netball court 2 times.
When Mrs Raj took room 10 to the court I felt very happy because it can help students with their fitness, learning and communicating. While Mrs Raj was asking room 10 questions about the shapes we made. Mrs Card took pictures of us making the shapes.
Finally group 1 and group 2 lined up and walked to class with their hands behind their backs. When we got to class we sat at our desk and continued with the work Mrs Raj gave to us.
